hi guys! now, we're at mentiri, netball court. whoaah ngalih so much lah. before-before pun ngalih jua. last night, we're training, lagitah ngalih berabis :( we must workhard pasal we guys turun tournament. iatah. ngalih ngalih lah, tapi mestilah jua workhard. we want to be the best team everrr ;b ngalih-ngalih tapi enjoy nya pun siuk. till here.

hi guys. so this is thursday, we're not gonna playin' today. yea, back from yesterday, we have drilling & training. the drilling is, we practice on how to grab ball and pass the ball through chest. well, it's quiet hard. pasal through chest pass, lemah wah our ball. then, we do some mistakes jua, so ada denda lah :D it's okay lah. it built our stamina & mentalism jua kan. everyone do it, nada especially. and forsure, DEPEND, we learn that, so tiring lah depand our enemy. but it's fun jua. oh yeah, about training, we don't do that because of the rain :( ok guys till here. see ya tomorrow. stay tune ;p

hi hi hi! we've just finished our drillin and training. yaww, so TIRED lah.. tapi we enjoy & have fun. yeah, from now on we must focus on our drillin and training pasalnya kan.. we have good news :p kami ada ikut tournament next month. iatah. we've must have enough on everything right? like drillin, training, stamina and yeah, so on. so, i'll update next.

Hi guys! now we're in BSRC Seria, Kuala Belait. yeah, it's so far away from brunei-muara. even far far away, we must go jua ;p macam london saja. we here watchin' NETBALL tournament. so SIUKKK SIUKKK lahh. even, guy saja yang main. so, the rest, we just supporting saja :D Wish we LUCK guys.

last day, we're have Friendly match with Muara team ;D it's fun and a bit tiring.

huehue.. later kami ada training, pasal depend and attack :) here, i'll tell u guys what is attack and depend. Attack ani, macam pengerak bola netball supaya bola atu naik arah shooting. paham kah? hehe. peranan attack ani menaikkan bola lah. kalau depend kerjanya mendepend lah, depend ani macam mempertahankan bola supaya lawan tidak dapat memasukkan bola ke palang mereka, something catulah :D unti here.

2nd week of our training day.

We're just having a match between boys and girls and yeah we're tired :( we're not doin' drilling today, because our coach want us to have chemistry between every players. I mean chemistry is communication between players. We're gonna have tournament, maybe on the end of November. So, yeah we've must have an enough stamina. We're tired, tired and tired. But with the spirit of become a good & famous player, hehe.. we must have teamwork, confident and have to know how to achieve a successful.
